Meta Catalogue

Manage products and send them in WhatsApp.

  1. In Settings, open the Commerce tab and connect your Meta Commerce account.
  2. Open Meta Catalogue and use Sync & Status to bring in your catalogues and products.
  3. Add or edit catalogues and products in Chatlyn. Changes are made in Meta too.

You can then send products in flows using the Catalogue Message, Single Product and Multi Product cards.

If requests start failing, your Meta connection may have expired. Reconnect it in Settings.
