POS and invoices

Set up

1. Open POS Settings and enter your business details and invoice prefix.
2. Choose an approved template with a document header, or click Create default template and wait for Meta's approval.
3. Add your items in POS Catalogues and POS Products.

Create an invoice

1. Open New Invoice and pick products or add free items.
2. Enter quantities, discount, advance, and the customer's name and number.
3. Save it. The PDF invoice goes to the customer on WhatsApp and shows in Inbox.

Invoice History lists every invoice with its status. Use Send again to resend one.
