Credits

Credits pay for template messages and outgoing calls. The cost of a template depends on its Meta category. Each month also includes free service messages, and after that they use credits too. If a message fails for certain Meta reasons, its credits come back automatically.

Upgrade, renew or cancel

• Upgrade: pay the price difference for the time left. The new plan starts now and your end date stays the same.
• Downgrade: not possible in the middle of a term.
• Renew: pay the full price and your validity is extended.
• Cancel: your plan and add-ons end now, and unused value is refunded as credits or to your bank.

Add-ons

Add-ons give you more seats, tags, attributes, storage and more. They're charged for the months left in your plan and end with it.

Invoices

Your first paid checkout asks for billing details, as a business with GSTIN or as a person. After each payment you get a receipt by email with the invoice PDF.
